Bulk Lyophilization

QBI currently has three bulk lyophilization units with plans to aquire two more in the next few months. Our twin hull bulk lyophilization units have 72 and 84 sq ft, both with ~100L condensor capacity. Both these bulk lyophilization units have backfill and stoppering capabilities and are well suited for serum vials up to 50 mls as well as tray drying. When necessary both can be controlled by a single programer to produce a total shelf space of 156 sq ft. Our pilot scale Virtis has 24 sq. ft. of shelf space and a 50 liter internal condenser. Also fitted with stoppering and back-fill capabilities, the Virtis is ideal for small-scale bulk lyophilization drying and pilot runs.
