Freeze Drying

Quality Bioresources, Inc. - Freeze drying
Freeze drying, or lyophilization, is a method of removing water from various materials. The key benefits of freeze drying are rapid, aseptic dispensing into vials, tubes, or bulk trays, custom cycle development, dehydration to less than 2 percent water in vials, less than 6 percent water in bulk. Freeze drying has backfill capabilities of (dry nitrogen or argon) or sealing under vacuum. It provides longer shelf life as well as functional preservation. Lyophilization of enzymes, antibodies, and sensitive biological materials is the method of choice for extending the shelf life of these products and preserving their biological activity. We have over 20 years of freeze drying experience.
