Quality Bioresources, Inc. provides custom lyophilization and manufacturing services to clients worldwide. With five freeze dryers ranging in size from 30 L to 300 L condenser capacity, we handle projects from small runs or development work to large production runs of vialed or bulk products. All procedures are conducted according to FDA cGMP.

The company was founded in April, 1992 by Claudia Briell, President and Technical Director, and Marc Henriquez, Director of Production. QBI is a woman-owned and HUBzone certified by the Small Business Administration. QBI is licensed by USDA and Texas Department of Health Medical Device Establishment.

Equipment includes two Class 10,000 manufacturing areas, a Class II biological safety cabinet, depyrogenation ovens, walk-in freezer, walk-in cooler, ultra-low freezer, a Karl-Fischer moisture analyzer, UV/Vis Spectrophotometers, incubators, water baths, centrifuges and an autoclave. Many other standard pieces of laboratory equipment are also in our inventory.

We have a wealth of experience in lyophilization of sensitive enzymes, diagnostic products, pharmaceutical intermediates and cosmetic ingredients. Additional service include powder fills, liquid fills, packaging, labeling and kitting.
