CUSTOM ANTIBODIES
Quality Bioresources, Inc. has a 2600 sq. ft. animal facility for the production of antibodies in a number of host species. QBI will provide pre-immune, test, and production bleeding (or egg collection for chickens) of the animals selected for use in your custom antibody program. Samples are provided as plasma, serum,
lyophilized serum, or as a purified protein preparation in phosphate buffered saline.

QBI technicians follow prescribed immunization procedures precisely to optimize the antibody response for your particular application.
Test Bleeds
QBI provides test bleeds for selection of the animals with the highest antibody titers for production bleeds.
Production
QBI provides serum or purified antibodies produced under carefully controlled conditions to optimize antibody recovery and stability.
Purification
QBI offers antibody purification by a number of different methods. Depending on your needs, we offer salt fractions, affinity chromatography, and subtractive chromatography. Lyophilization of serum or serum fractions provides an attractive alternative to the storage of frozen serum.
