The heart of operations at Quality Bioresources, Inc. rests in our ability to rapidly lyophilize products for our customers. With the space and expertise for lyophilization in bulk trays or vials
filled to your specifications, QBI can fulfill your lyophilization needs.
Quality Bioresources, Inc. specializes in the rapid aseptic dispensing of materials from microliter quantities to 55 ga drums. We pride ourselves in our ability to maintain less than a 1% CV on fill volumes of 25 microliters. QBI routinely produces in excess of 100,000 vials/week of dispensed/lyophilized product.
We have V-blenders, Ball Mills, and Grinders to pulverize and homogenize powdered materials. We also will dispense the materials into the containers of your choice and supply labels as directed by the customer. Quality Bioresources, Inc. can mix batch sizes up to 70 Kg and package quantities as small as 1 mg. For micro-quantities we can solublize your material, dispense it into containers, and
lyophilize ensuring minimum vial-to-vial variation. QBI also offers liquid formulation up to 500 Liters/lot.
STORAGE
Quality Bioresources, Inc. has extensive storage facilities including 4C, -20C, and -70C temperature controlled areas. The warehouse at QBI ensures the long term stability of the products stored in our facility.
LABELING
Quality Bioresources, Inc. can produce labels as directed by the customer. The labels are produced in small quantities and faxed to our customers for their approval. Following the approval of our customers, all labels are reviewed by the labeling department, quality assurance, and the technical director at QBI before producing and applying the labels.
