IMMUNOGEN

Quality Bioresources, Inc. typically suggest 0.5 mg immunogen/animal. However, this is a guideline only as we have had great success with as little as 100 micrograms/animal. You can supply your antigen in a number of ways for use in a custom antibody program.

Purified antigen in sterile phosphate buffered saline (preferred)
Isolated band from SDS-PAGE
Isolated band from nitrocellulose
Inclusion bodies from E. coli

Note: There is a nominal antigen processing fee for SDS-PAGE bands, nitrocellulose bands, and inclusion bodies. Peptides must be conjugated to a carrier.
