Quality Bioresources, Inc. offers contract liquid filling of your solutions. QBI has extensive experience in the dispensing of microliter to 100-liter quantities of biological reagents. With a variety of tools to ensure rapid turn-around with minimal vial-to-vial variation (CV <1%), QBI is equiped to handle your liquid filling needs. For one of our long-term invitro diagnostic customers, QBI routinely fills in excess of 100,000 vials/week. Our facilities allow for multiplying this capacity several fold when necessary.

For small volumes (<30 ml) QBI uses hand-held repeat pipetters or a syringe pump dispensor. While many companies have moved to automated systems, QBI continues filling by hand for a number of reasons. The primary reason is that human operators can do continuous quality control, identifying problems and rejects immediately. Even with such close attention to quality, QBI offers our services at a price that typically rivals even automated processes.

When coupled with our contract lyophilization services, QBI's liquid filling capabilities offers an inexpensive method of aliquoting microgram - picogram quantities of reagents in vials while maintaining low vial-to-vial variation.
